5 stars! I highly recommend The Senior Care Company. We needed to find an assisted living community in a very short time period, and I don’t know if we would have been able to do it without them. They made a stressful process easier and were very patient in answering all our questions, and even answered the questions we didn’t know to ask. I learned the owners also run a board & care and they visit every community before they recommend it. Other agencies offered to take our information and arrange appointments. Then I started getting calls and emails which was overwhelming. The Senior Care Company went above and beyond just taking our info and passing it along. They really worked to understand all our needs and quickly narrowed down a manageable list of a few places to visit. We found a great place. They also followed up and kept in touch through the entire process. We are grateful to have found them and really appreciate their level of customer care/service.
